The process of analyzing and tuning the art of running for specific conditions and circumstances for a particular sport. Mercury Speed will analyze a player's running skills, improve the basic mechanics and apply proper mechanics that meet the needs for the sport based on the athlete's ability;thus, increasing the player's confidence, quickness, and speed while performing.
