Mr. Savage is also the former Speed and Specialties/QB Coach for the Flint Hill School Huskies helping lead the school to their first football championship in their 50 year history, which spawned four straight conference championships, semi-finals and 2008 runner-up at the State level. He also assumed the same roles at Bishop O'Connell. Previously he has assumed coaching roles in Florida and the youth leagues of No. Virginia. To understand most sports from a training perspective has has coached five sports at the youth and high school level. Certified in several fitness areas and a degree computer science with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, he has more than twenty years coaching and mentoring kids nationwide.
As Founder and Executive Director for Special Forces Unlimited Inc. and co-founder of Special Forces Track Club, Mr. Savage crafted The SWEAT Program (Scholastic Workshop for Excellence and Athletic Training) 1989 - 93 in Florida working with the Miami Heat, Dolphins and other professional athletes which still exist today in Virginia. Special Forces Unlimited Inc., selected as 2009 Non-profit of the year finalist, is a not-for-profit organization that uses sports, technology, entertainment, entrepreneurial ship and the arts to promote education.
In his younger days, he excelled as a Maryland High School State Champion and record holder in the Triple, and hurdles in 1978. He competed for University of Wisconsin track & field and football 1978-83. Nominated Academic All-Big Ten 1982. Received several professional football offers prior to opting to help children achieve success on their own terms. He was also the first major sports scholarship recipient to graduate with a degree in Computer Science in Wisconsin's history where he put it to great use as one of the original IBM DOS Developers and the first PC working beside a small firm called Microsoft and CEO named, Bill Gates. email

(yes ... the World!), with a distance of 17.02m. Former George Mason
student/athlete and USC Graduate. In training for 2012 Olympics. Current personal bests include Triple Jump: 17.26m/56-7.5 and Long
Jump: 8.02m/26-3.75.
Known as a talented long and triple jumper, Simms was a 4-time All-Met while attending Eleanor Roosevelt High in Greenbelt MD. During college Simms grabbed his first U.S. title in 2004 with his triple jump win at the 2004 USA Indoor Championships in Boston. As a USC sophomore in 2003, Simms established himself as one of the nation's best triple jumpers with a win at the NCAA Indoor Championships, his third-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships and his fifth-place finish at the USA Outdoor Championships. In 2005 Simms finished runner-up at NCAA outdoor Champs and competed the World Champs placing 13th overall. He competed in the World Indoor Championships in Moscow in March 2006. Competing now for Puerto Rico he currently has the National Record. In addition to his quest for a 2012 Gold Medal, Coach Simms is former Sprints and Jumps coach at Davidson, North Carolina and at the HS level - Heritage High School.

Born in Ghana and raised in the UK, this flyer is another rising star in the performance training industry, a former UK star is the staff "rock" that understands the needs and desires for Amercan soccer players and the Northern Virginia soccer community;
After emerging as a two sport star athlete in track and soccer at George Mason University, Mr. Alabi succumbed to several nagging injuries. A leading scorer known for his intense speed, athleticism, and footwork. Upon completion of his collegiate career with degrees in Sports Management and Marketing, Mr. Alabi returned to consult in marketing and develop his training skills in the sports industry assisting elite teams in Annondale, Mc lean and other premier organizations before joining the Mercury team. In addition to his training skills, Coach Alabi will ensure quality programs are developed for the major events and provide the primary input for the development of the soccer program.
